When you’re ordering literally millions of sprouts…

Crisis Christmas centres open their doors on 22 December and we’re flat out spreading the word.

At Crisis, Christmas starts early as our client gets ready to welcome thousands of guests in from the cold. Crisis teams up and down the country are now planning millions of meals; booking doctors, dentists, opticians and vets; and scheduling countless advice sessions to help people leave homelessness behind for good.

Crisis at Christmas offers people a tangible way to respond to the problem of homelessness – by reserving a place at a Crisis centre. It means people receive good food, fresh clothes, healthcare and friendly company. They also get year-around access to the specialist advice, skills and support they need to change their life and leave homelessness behind for good.

So here at Catalyst, we’re asking people to support Crisis at Christmas via a clever combination of press ads, radio and TV adverts; millions of door drops and press inserts, plus we’re running a shedload of digital. In the past, Facebook has been a runaway success and this year we’re testing innovative new routes too – watch this space.

Crisis at Christmas is the most successful individual fundraising event in the charity calendar. In 2018, it raised £21 million. Look out for regular updates as the sprouts roll in and Crisis 2019 unfolds…
